We have spent a lot of time seeking out the best range of clothing that meets our exacting standards and we strive to provide a top level of product and customer service, Obvs there are sometimes Hiccups but we are human. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your gear, it’s not for you or you simply require an exchange/refund, please email us (Justin.glover@stoic-misfits.co.uk) or contact us on our social media pages and we will endeavor to assist you with your issues and any possible returns.
Returns and exchanges will only be granted on items that have been purchased in the last 14 days. We will require the item/s to be returned along with any original packaging. Upon receipt of the item/s either a refund/exchange will be issued.
Return postage will have to be covered by the customer, Please ensure you use a tracked delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for any return items lost in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns of items we feel have been damaged/shrunk due to improper washing/drying or if you have not followed the garment instruction and ironed the design. Our items are pre-shrunk as part of the manufacturing process so will not shrink if the washing instructions are followed. If you do not follow the laid out instructions, we will not replace it.
Products purchased outside the UK may be subject to local import taxes and duties at the cost of the recipient.
